About the role Provide expertise in modelling, requirements management, data integration, analysis, and Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) services in support of the Royal Canadian Navy. Offer multi‑disciplinary engineering and technical services related to the River Class Destroyer (RCD) Naval Combat System. Weir Marine Engineering supports the RCD Project Management Office (PMO) within the Department of National Defence (DND) Office at the Bluenose building in Dartmouth, NS. The Requirements Traceability Engineer will conduct Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities in support of the RCD Program. The candidate may also support other project areas such as Integrated Test Evaluation and Acceptance (ITEA), Performance Modelling and Simulation (M&S), Land Based Test Capability (LBTC), and Synthetic Environment Support activities.
