MD/DO Pediatrician

**Description**

**PeaceHealth** is seeking an experienced, mission-minded **Pediatrician (0.6 FTE)** to join our compassionate team in **Florence** , a scenic coastal town centrally located on the Oregon Coast. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring, collaborative care, and helping shape pediatric services in a rural community setting.

**Position Highlights**

+ **Primarily outpatient** practice with **3 flexible clinic days/week (8-hour shifts)**
+ **120–150 on-call days/year** , supporting low-acuity birth center
+ Opportunity to **mentor primary care teams** and help **build out pediatric ER support**
+ Work closely with a collaborative care team including Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist, Social Worker, Diabetic Educator, Care Management RN, Palliative Care & Women’s Health, Wound Care, Scribe Service (DAX)
