 Job Description: 
Key responsibilities and tasks: The MDM Tech Lead are responsible for helping their colleagues with the technical aspects of their jobs, such as coding and understanding technical requirements. A Technical Lead is responsible for managing technical aspects of our development flow in a specific context or team and enables them to work with quality. 

Tasks:

Standup (lead daily technical scrums)
Sprint lead – sprint breakdown, Jira board maintenance, support in sprint planning
Technical code review - main owner
Create release packages – main owner, create release packages and Release Sequence Notes
Deployment of Releases – main owner
Support MDM Test Lead
Actively participate in the development of projects.
Guide colleagues through technical issues and challenges
Actively assist in recruitment through technical exam evaluations and interviews.
