MDS Coordinator and Scheduler

At Prestige Care Center of Nebraska City, we pride ourselves on providing each resident with exactly the care he or she needs and we understand that happy staff equals happy residents and our appreciation for our team is tailor-made for each individual as well. We are currently looking for an MDS Coordinator to round out our clinical team!


Position Purpose:
+ Conducts and coordinates the completion of required Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and is responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of each resident’s comprehensive plan of care.



Required Qualifications
+ Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
+ Must have 3 years’ experience as a registered nurse, one of which includes supervisory experience. Experience with MDS completion preferred.
