JD:

• Develop project governance policies and processes
• Engage users to carry out feasibility studies
• Lead the design development of projects.
• Procurement of consultancy and construction packages
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions and permits to work during construction stage.
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors
• Prepare cost estimates, scope of work and Bill of Quantities.
• Prepare minutes of meetings, reports, and presentation materials.
• Provide support to the team in the preparation of project related tender documents
• Review and sign-off projects related documents.
• Oversee consultants, site staff and contractors in implementation, inspection, and testing and commissioning of M&E systems in renovation projects.
