About the role

This is a crucial position within the Engineering team at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd. As the M&E Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of mechanical and electrical systems in our construction projects located in the Paya Lebar Region. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects and the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to coordinate the installation and integration of mechanical and electrical systems
2. Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
3. Monitoring the progress of M&E works on site and ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards
