M&E Coordinator

Kerisik Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our team in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This full-time position will play a critical role in overseeing the mechanical and electrical coordination for our various projects. As the M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of M&E services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating the work of M&E subcontractors and ensuring their activities are aligned with project timelines and specifications
2. Reviewing and approving M&E shop drawings, method statements, and other technical submittals
3. Monitoring the progress of M&E works on site and addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise
4. Liaising with the project management team, architects, and clients to ensure seamless communication and alignment
5. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive M&E documentation, including records, reports, and as-built drawings
