M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist PL/PM to coordinate and review M&E Consultants’ designs.
• Participate in all M&E, plumbing, fire protection system tenders and advise on Value Engineering, technical compilation, clarification and compliance.
• Constantly look into all aspects of cost savings in projects.
• Actively contribute to increase and evaluate Vendor Management System.
• Liaise / coordination with Consultants, Project Team and sub-contractors to ensure M&E, plumbing, fire protection system designs, installation and commissioning are compliant with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate all M&E works with architectural, structural, and other services to avoid clashes and ensure proper sequencing.
• Plan and monitor M&E, plumbing, fire protection system work progress in line with overall project schedule.
