M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate all M&E works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and ELV systems.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and design details to ensure compliance with architectural and structural requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Attend coordination and site meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor installation progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure compliance with project specifications and Malaysian standards.
• Prepare and review method statements, material submissions, and technical documentation.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with CIDB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), JKKP/DOSH, BOMBA, and local authority requirements.
• Report site progress, issues, and coordination updates to the Project Manager.
