We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Precise Development Pte Ltd, located in the vibrant Singapore River Central Region. As an M&E Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of our diverse range of development projects. What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and liaise with M&E consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful implementation of M&E systems and components
2. Review and approve M&E shop drawings, method statements, and other technical submissions
3. Monitor the progress of M&E works on-site and ensure they adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
