M&E COORDINATOR (Site Klang Valley)

Responsibilities

Participate in planning, managing, and implementing M&E services for projects. Coordinate with various parties to establish the design deliverables requirements of the project.

• Manage daily M&E operations at site.
• Plans and coordinates M&E work with C&S and architectural works.
• Supervise M&E works, including monitoring of work progress and quality control.
• Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M&E works.
• Attends all clients and consultants meetings.
• Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M&E works.
• Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M&E works.
• Prepares as-built drawings for M&E works.
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Project Manager, M&E Director, and Managing Director.
