m&e coordinator/supervisor

Job Description

· To assist the M&E engineer to supervise all M&E construction works at the project site.

· To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

· To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project sites.

· To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices

· To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

· To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.

· To monitor the carrying out of inspection and tests by M&E sub-contractors as per Inspection and Test Plans and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.

· To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
