M&E COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E engineer to supervise all M&E construction works at the project site.
• Supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.
• Monitor the carrying out of inspection and tests by M&E sub-contractors as per “Inspection and Test Plans” and use all quality control mechanisms in the quality management system. Results of such to conform to specifications.
