M&E Engineer

To achieve excellence in preventative and reactive maintenance programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative maintenance techniques and statutory and contractual compliance. Undertake the day-to-day management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and coordinate the remedial action in the event of critical incidents. Provide supervision to multi-skilled engineering maintenance partners. Ensure that all staff and vendors employed within the client’s facilities strictly adhere to client and JLL’s policies and procedures. Reports to the Technical Manager.

The Engineer applies practical technical knowledge learned through experience and training in executing the day-to-day technical facilities management operations and maintenance related to building assets. This includes infrastructure, equipment, machinery and interior/exterior building elements.
