What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning processes for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems of road and bridge construction projects.
• Oversee the work of M&E contractors and subcontractors to ensure their compliance with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed (M&E) reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Lead the M&E team, providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
• Supervise the on-site M&E team to ensure that all work meets safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Address any technical challenges or issues on-site and find appropriate solutions.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure the prompt resolution of any defects.
