M&E Engineer

• Assist Project Manager to competently plan, manage, coordinate & monitor closely project executions, programmer works, work progress, control, tracking & accomplish tasks within the given time frame on the assigned projects & to the quality standards & specifications required including administrative & contractual matters. 
• Supervise, monitor, coordinate & control all daily works & activities at the project site and adhere to all document control procedures & policies. 
• Attend site meetings & liaise with clients, consultants, vendors & subcontractors. 
• Check all M&E drawings for discrepencies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site 
• Identify any issues, discrepancies, or deviations from project specifications and propose suitable corrective actions.
• Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower 
• Conduct M&E coordination meeting with all M&E subcontractors
