M&E Engineer (Mall)

Carry out planning, organizing, staffing, directing, planned preventive maintenance and controlling the efficient operation of M&E department

Manage and maintain all facilities and equipment rooms including HT LV room, TX room, Fresh water pump room, Fire pump room, Chiller room, Grease Trap, Exhaust fan room, Lift Motor Room, Generator room, ELV room and etc.

Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.

Ensuring department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

Handle and monitoring on contract services; such as elevator contracts, chiller & cooling tower etc.

Liaise, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the performance of all outsource service provider/supplier and ensure the service provider/supplier carry out the work order compliance with relevant authority requirement such as JKKP, Suruhan Tenaga, SAJ, Bomba and etc....
