M&E Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: SGD 2,000 to 2,500 per month (basic)
Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor leads site crews carrying out preventive maintenance, corrective works, and emergency response for 22 kV and 6.6 kV composite/compact oil ring main units (RMUs) and associated substation equipment. The role ensures work is executed safely under Permit-to-Work (PTW), meets technical specifications (including insulating-oil handling and testing), and is properly documented for client acceptance and billing.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate technicians/contractors on-site: manpower planning, task allocation, toolbox briefings, and workmanship checks.
· Plan and execute preventive maintenance and servicing activities, ensuring all works follow the relevant maintenance manuals and client technical specifications.
