M&E Manager – Data Centre Projects (A1 Main Contractor)

A1 main contractor
with a strong track record across
major building and infrastructure projects
in Singapore. With an existing and growing
data centre portfolio , they are seeking an experienced
M&E Manager
to lead the M&E delivery of mission-critical projects.
This is a senior, site-based role with full ownership of the M&E scope, working closely with internal teams, specialist contractors, and client-appointed vendors to drive successful project delivery through to Ready for Service (RFS).
Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works for data centre projects.
Lead in-house M&E coordinators, BIM teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Manage M&E contract administration, programme planning, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Identify design, technical, and delivery risks, providing solutions and value engineering inputs.
