M&E Manager

Role Overview

As an M&E Manager, you will lead and oversee the coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems from project inception to final handover. Because M&E systems represent the life support of any modern building, you will serve as the technical anchor linking clients, engineering consultants, and specialized sub-contractors. You will proactively orchestrate remedies to ensure seamless systems integration without stalling project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical Review: Review M&E drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to identify design discrepancies, buildability issues, and value-engineering opportunities early.
