M&E Manager

Job Description
The M&E Manager leads the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems for large-scale construction or industrial projects. In this role, you oversee the technical core of the building, including power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. You ensure that all building services integrate seamlessly, operate efficiently, and comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&E Strategy by managing the end-to-end delivery of building services from design through to final handover.
• Oversee Technical Design to ensure mechanical and electrical systems meet project specifications and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate Subcontractors and specialized vendors to ensure work aligns with the master project schedule.
