Job Description

We are looking for a Engineering & Maintenance Department Manager to ensure and oversee all system transactions related to the department, update production process documentation, participate in new projects transferred to the site, and manage all activities related to the Maintenance department within the unit.
Additionally, coordinate all activities related to the implementation of new processes or projects within the plant.
Role Scope & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The Engineering Department Manager is responsible for:
Project & Process Ownership
Act as process owner for flows 1, 2, 4, and 5, including accountability for related results
Define and manage activity plans for new projects
Ensure successful execution of new project programs
Coordinate the installation of new processes or projects within the plant
