Job Description

Responsibilities
Support implementation of a robust project-wide MEL framework, including a performance monitoring plan (PMP), indicators, and data collection tools 
Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of capacity building plans in MEL and technical assistance
Coordinate and carry out data collection, data entry, data quality assurance, analysis, and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all data within DATIM and other MEL systems as required 
With the Sr. MEL Advisor, conduct regular follow ups with project staff, provincial teams, and any local partners to support use of data for program monitoring 
Support the Sr. MEL Advisor to cascade and reinforce technical guidance and support to project staff, regional teams, and any partners on MEL best practices, including data collection methodologies, data analysis, data visualization, and evidence utilization.
