M&E Planner

As a Meeting & Events Planner, you will be the bridge between sales and the execution of our meetings and conferences. Once our sales colleagues have sold an event, the M&E Planning department takes over, and you will ensure everything is perfectly organized. From processing details to coordinating last-minute changes, you will keep everything in hand.

Our focus is on the corporate market, where you will be responsible for flawlessly organizing meetings, conferences, and events in our Meeting & Events Academy. With 21 modern meeting rooms and a spacious ballroom for up to 750 guests and a unique rooftop space, you offer every client a seamless and professional experience.

What the job involves:

In essence, you ensure that everything agreed upon contractually runs smoothly at the hotel. This means:

• Guiding site visits for potential clients/guests;
• Carefully planning meetings and events;
