M&E Planner x4 (Data Centre/Construction/MNC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage M&E project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align M&E activities with project timelines.
• Track critical path activities for power, HVAC, UPS, generators, and fire suppression
• Monitor progress, conduct EVA, delay analysis, and recovery planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or it's equivalent
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project.
• Knowledge of power & cooling systems.
• Experience with risk management, change control, and delay analysis methodologies.
