M&E Project Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact, attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and align on objectives.
• Represent the project team in site progress meetings and ensuring action items are followed up.
• Liaise with consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Support the development and implementation of project-specific M&E frameworks and plans.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate site inspections and work progress.
• Manage daily manpower movement and deployment.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to determine the quantity and specifications of materials required for project.
• Monitor overall site progress and development.
