M&E PROJECT MANAGER

1. Project Planning & Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all Mechanical & Electrical works (HVAC/ACMV, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, ELV, etc.)

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Develop work schedules and ensure timely project delivery

• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, architects, and subcontractors

2. Design Review & Technical Coordination

• Review and verify M&E design drawings

• Identify design clashes and coordinate with other trades (architectural & structural)

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and industry standards

• Propose technical solutions to site issues

3. Site Supervision & Execution

• Monitor daily site activities and progress of M&E works
