M&E Project Quantity Surveyor

We Are Hiring – Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims, and project cost management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (experience in Electrical or Mechanical projects is an advantage)
• Proficient in BOQ, tender documentation, progress claims, and variation orders
• Able to work independently and coordinate with clients and contractors
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
• Disciplined and prudent
• Honest and responsible
• Nationality Preferred Malaysians Only
• Language Required Mandarin | English | Bahasa Malaysia I
