M&E Service Coordinator – Surrey - 28 - 32K

There is a new opportunity for an Administrator to join a company based in Surrey. You will mainly be supporting a small but busy engineering team and be working within the M&E Maintenance industry.
As a business, they are based in Surrey and now employ over 20 engineers and are continually growing at a steady rate offering M&E Installation and maintenance works nationwide.

Duties would include:

• Coordinating, scheduling and planning of engineer’s diaries
• Booking follow up work and through liaising with the client
• General administrative duties including booking hotels and booking in works with stores. 
• Database management and inputting
• Ordering and checking parts

Salary & Package:

• 28 - 32k (dependant on exp.)
• 9 – 5 on a 40-hour week
• 20 days holiday + bank
