M&E Site Supervisor(ELV)

Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate and check quality of M&E works (Security system -door access, alarm, cctv), ELV, PA, Structured cabling (fibre and network cabling, server rack system, network system) on site
Manage, monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers
Ensure all installations and implementation works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality
To keep site records (daily progress reports, photos, survey reports)
Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced(With relevant certificate)
Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.
Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related subject
Strong project management, risk management and leadership skills with a proven track record
