Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Ensures that products to be developed meet set requirements and specifications from customer.
Evaluates samples for development and samples for modification.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of the evaluated samples prior to submission to requestor/ customer.
Conducts testing on materials from IQA and suppliers samples.
Prepares reports and coordinate results to concerns.
Monitors and analyze each process (pre-production stage) of the item and reports to superiors.
Develop and utilize statistical data in analyzing the defect occurred during production.
Identify quality issues during development stage, report and communicates to concern departments as well as prioritize the issues requiring corrective actions.
On-site evaluation and approval, together with customer, at supplier for new development item.
