M&E Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Performs all MEP services coordination with subcontractors and supervision works according to drawings, specifications and schedule
Supervise and coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site
Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO
Record and ensure proper documentation
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in high rise building projects
Applicants should have certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly known as BCSS), Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold, Work at Height, Confined Space Supervisor
A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
