M&E Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for building M&E systems
• Attend to daily facilities maintenance works and service requests
• Perform basic carpentry, metal works, plumbing, and sanitary works (where required)
• Troubleshoot and rectify M&E faults efficiently
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant stakeholders on maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Building / Facilities M&E maintenance
• Hands-on experience in carpentry, metal works, plumbing, and sanitary works is an added advantage
• ITC or NTC 2 certificate in relevant discipline
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Islandwide
Duration: Permanent position
Working Hours: (Mon to Fri) - 8am to 5pm*
