About the Team

We are seeking a new colleague with welding process expertise for our Manufacturing Engineering Department, located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China.
What you can look forward to as ME Welding Engineer:
Lead continuous improvement activities for production to improve productivity and quality.

Robot teaching and maintain welding parameters for production (in case of any change) &new projects. Ensure a stable welding process with good quality.

Cooperate with Regional IE to complete the machine concept and layout. To be involved with new equipment procurement and pre/final acceptance, and receive from the Regional IE after SOP. Acting as welding project leader at plant.

Lead optimization of welding process parameters by statistical methods for higher process capability.
