Measure Technicians

Support our installation services by providing on-site measurements and quality, professional and consistent customer service. He/she is directly responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis during on-site home measurements. Measure Technician works with design consultants to identify and resolve issues prior to production. The position is directly responsible for providing a positive customer experience, accurate measurements, entering and transmitting measurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication – Ability to clearly communicate to all departments (sales, production, scheduling) on all products and applications on the day the measurements are taken. This will require clear handwriting, emailing, and detailed sketches.
