Measurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop inspection plans and measurement programs based on inspection drawings.

2. Analyze measurement data anomalies

3. Implement corrective and preventive measures

4. Perform daily calibration of equipment (internal and external).

5. Maintain calibration records

6. Handle exceptions, maintenance, equipment acceptance, validation, and stability analysis

7. Prepare test equipment operation specifications and conduct related training

8. Ensure repeatability and relevance of detection schemes and detection systems

9. Conduct GRR and related studies

10. Arrange and recognize certification

11. Track, follow up, and record inspection progress for project verification and DoE activities

12. Handle customer technical complaints and provide effective technical solutions
