Measurement & Performance Analyst (Retail Media)

Own and continuously enhance the measurement, performance evaluation, and reporting framework for the Retail Media Network, enabling suppliers and internal stakeholders to confidently plan, optimise, and assess campaigns. This role establishes a clear, credible, and consistent view of performance across the full campaign lifecycle—translating data into actionable insights that inform commercial decisions.
Acting as the authority on campaign effectiveness, the role ensures that Retail Media performance is measurable, provable, and decision-ready. It answers three critical questions: what should be sold and to whom (pre-campaign, leveraging supplier and customer data), whether campaigns are delivering as expected (in-flight), and what impact was achieved and how to improve future performance (post-campaign).
