Duties and Responsibilities

• Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure that all tools, molds, and equipment meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Inspection and Testing: Perform thorough inspections and testing of tools and molds to identify defects, wear and tear, and deviations from design specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of tool and mold inspections, test results, and any identified issues or defects. Document all corrective actions taken.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the causes of tooling defects or failures. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and address underlying issues.
• Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for tooling, including incoming inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections.
