The incumbent contributes to the growth of BSA WIBERG by optimizing the performance of current products and new products to the satisfaction of our customers and in synergy with our internal teams.He’s responsible for the step-by-step development of new products, acting as an intermediary between customers and internal teams such as R&D, production, quality assurance, procurement, and production planning.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design ingredient blends for the food industry, with a particular focus on meat processing and vegetarian products (soy, gluten, etc.).
• Develop and design seasonings and trend concepts tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct necessary tests for product development and improvement.
