As a crucial member of our Trades & Services team, you will be responsible for expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing chicken products to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Carefully cut, debone, and portion chicken products according to customer orders and company standards
2. Trim excess fat and skin from chicken pieces to ensure a clean, consistent appearance
3. Package and label chicken products for distribution, maintaining strict food safety and hygiene protocols
4. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimise waste
5. Collaborate with the wider team to provide excellent customer service and respond to queries
