Meat Cutter

Job Description

• cut, trim, debone and portion meat products
• operate cutting equipment/ hand tools
• ensure proper labeling of prices, weights and product descriptions
• follow food safety, hygiene, packaging and rotation of meat products
• inspect meat for quality and report any issues to the supervisor

Qualification:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• experience in meat cutting
• physically fit
