Meat Stall Assistant - NA (ID: 7723) Industry Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant Specialization Food/Beverage/Restaurant Position Level Junior Working Hours 10am to 6pm (6Days) Responsibilities Our client is a Halal Meat stall in wet-market. * Assist in cutting, slicing, and preparing meat products for sale.
* Weigh, pack, and label meat according to customer requests.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the meat stall, including workstations and equipment.
* Arrange and display meat products to attract customers.
* Ensure proper storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
* Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Requirements * Prior experience in handling meat or working in a wet market is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of meat types and cuts is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Willing to work on weekends, and public holidays.
