Second‑In‑Command (2IC) – Full‑time role leading the Cosmetica Takapuna store in NewZealand.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience managing a large‑format retail environment with a focus on inspiring and educating large teams.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development.
