Mech Design Engr I

The Mechanical Design Engineer position is part of the Global Process Engineering Services (GPES) group within the CTO organization.The Mechanical Design Engineer I will be part of an engineering group that is responsible for material cost savings, productivity improvements, and product support to Honeywell R&O service centers.
**Key Responsibilities**- Provide product and technical support to the Global R&O workshops by driving material savings initiatives, product/process support activities, and performance improvements.
- Support the department's goals for backlog reduction, revenue growth, and material savings, through Repair improvements.
- Identify Workscoping opportunities to improve business performance relating to reuse, repair, replace, and extending maintenance repair limits.
