Mechanic Education Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for all Yamaha dealer's service education activities. Provide technical knowledge in accordance with Yamaha Technical Academy to supply quality service so that every customer can get standard and quality service at any Yamaha authorized dealers.

Job Responsibilities

• To conceptualize Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS)material that is easy to understand and fits participants typical expectation. 2. To conduct 3S training based on the Yamaha 3S Manual and service operation enforcing the quality of workmanship. Service performance including the proper use of tools and equipment.
• To conduct Product Knowledge Seminar to Yamaha dealers nationwide for recognition of the Yamaha products and sales tools development to contribute sales expansion.
• To conduct and support Yamaha Technical Academy (YTA) programs such as Fuel Injections, YTA Bronze, YTA Silver, YTA Gold to all Yamaha shop dealers to enhance mechanic's skills and comp...
