Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for performing mechanical activities and work associated with maintaining the facility and site operations.






You will have the opportunity to:
+ Troubleshoot systems and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of malfunction
+ Perform preventative maintenance work such as roll changes, lubrication, replacement of belts and bearings to maintain equipment reliability
+ Dismantle and assemble machines and perform repairs with the use of power and hand tools. Rebuilds pumps, annealing furnaces and other equipment
+ Plan and lay out work according to models, blueprints, and drawings or other written/oral specifications
+ Perform tasks such as welding, machining using manual lathe/mill, wood carpentry and metal fabrication. Ability to use precise measur...
