Mechanic

The Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing company vehicles and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Repair or replace defective parts and components
• Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper operation
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist in maintaining tools, equipment, and work area
• Report major repair issues to the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related vocational course
• At least 1 year of experience as a mechanic
• Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
