Job Description
- Conducts minor and major repairs on all construction equipment, golf course maintenance equipment and utility vehicles to maintain their operational efficiency.
- Implements and follow a scheduled preventive maintenance program for all assigned equipment to minimize breakdowns. Conducts regular inspections to detect early signs of wear and potential issues.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and complaints related to equipment performance. Provides technical solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Ensures proper lubrication and servicing of all equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace for tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Prepares, inspects and manages tools and parts needed for scheduled maintenance and emergency repair.
- Performs welding jobs and other fabrication work necessary to keep maintenance /construction equipment operational.
