Job Description:

The Mechanic – PMS (Thermo Printing) is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of thermo printing machines and related equipment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient production operations. The position supports machine reliability by implementing the company's Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) and promptly addressing mechanical issues affecting thermo printing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) on thermo printing machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust machine parts to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues related to thermo printing machines.
• Diagnose machine problems and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Replace worn-out or defective parts such as heaters, rollers, belts, ...
