About the Role
:We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and experienced Automotive Mechanic Technician to join the team at our Ford Service department based in Smithfield.
About the opportunity:
This role will be responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer and safety standards. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders, including diagnosing problem jobs
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
Identify and communicate additional work as needed
Complete all work accurately in accordance with the Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality
Deliver high-quality, timely work to meet customer needs as per repair order instructions
